The injury looked serious from the start. According to a school spokesman, Pete Thamel confirmed that “Quarterback Sam Horn is in the Missouri locker room and being evaluated, per a school spokesman. Injured on his first snap of the year.”

The news got worse as the evening progressed. Horn’s trip to the medical tent became a more extended stay in the locker room, and he never returned to the sideline before halftime.
What’s the Extent of Horn’s Injury?

However, on Friday, the full extent of Horn’s injury came to light when Chris Hummer posted, “Oklahoma State starting QB Hauss Hejny suffered a broken bone in his foot Thursday night against UT Martin, sources tell @RJ_cfb, @mzenitz and I for @CBSSports. He’s expected to miss an extended period of time.”
