The battle for five-star cornerback Brandon Arrington is down to two powerhouse programs, the Oregon Ducks and Texas A&M Aggies. As the recruiting class of 2026 standout prepares to reveal his commitment on Thursday, June 19, the race is heating up.
In a strategic move, Oregon cornerback Na’eem Offord has taken to Instagram, hoping to sway Arrington in their favor.
Na’eem Offord’s Message to Brandon Arrington: Will It Work?
Arrington was set to announce his college commitment on July 5, but he’s speeding up his decision. That’s on the heels of an official visit to Oregon earlier in June. However, Texas A&M still has one last shot; the five-star cornerback is scheduled to visit College Station, Texas, this weekend.
So, will Arrington head to Texas A&M as the newest Aggies’ 2026 class member? Will he cancel that visit after committing to the Ducks? Offord seems confident in the latter, tagging Arrington in his IG status with a bold, four-word message: “@brandon2jubie yk the move”.

At 6’2” and 180 pounds, Arrington is among the most sought-after prospects in the 2026 class. He was ranked No. 10 overall and the top-rated athlete by the 247Sports Composite.
The Spring Valley, California, native, who played his high school football for Mount Miguel High School. has been on Oregon’s radar for quite some time. The Ducks are emerging as a strong contender for his commitment.
While 247Sports has yet to issue Crystal Ball projections for Arrington, the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine paints a different picture, favoring Texas A&M as the front-runner. Recruiting expert Steve Wiltfong even logged a prediction for the Aggies as far back as October 2024.
Arrington will reveal his destination in just a few days.
