‘This Why Y’all Suck’ — CeeDee Lamb and Trevon Diggs Face Backlash After Late-Night Party Post-Cowboys Blowout Loss

    Published on

CeeDee Lamb and Trevon Diggs sparked outrage after partying post-Cowboys blowout loss. Fans question commitment as playoff hopes fade.

When you’re nursing a blowout loss, a late-night party probably isn’t the best way to keep fans on your side. Dallas Cowboys stars CeeDee Lamb and Trevon Diggs are catching serious heat after their party clips were posted on social media hours after the team’s crushing defeat.

While Cowboys fans are still reeling, the duo’s vibe seemed more “dance floor” than “film room grind.” Social media, as expected, turned into a battleground, with some defending the players’ right to unwind and others questioning their commitment.

Fans Fume Over CeeDee Lamb and Trevon Diggs’ Party Night

If the Cowboys’ Monday night meltdown wasn’t bad enough, Lamb and Diggs just added gasoline to the fire. Hours after a crushing blowout loss to the Houston Texans, the star WR and CB hit up a late-night party — and fans didn’t hold back.

Dallas Texas TV shared a clip of the duo on X (formerly known as Twitter), sparking outrage. One fan didn’t mince words: “This why y’all suck.”

Another torched the team’s culture, saying, “The Dallas Cowboys are not a serious football operation.”

The frustration peaked with calls for boycotts: “They don’t care, so neither should anyone who is a fan of this team. All the empty seats last night were encouraging, let’s keep not showing up, just like them.”

For context, the Cowboys (once touted as Super Bowl contenders) suffered their worst loss this season, the MNF loss being their fifth straight defeat. Fans expected accountability but instead got dance moves. To some, it felt like the team wasn’t taking the season seriously.

Not everyone was out for blood, though. A few fans came to the Lamb and Diggs’ defense.

“I know y’all want to criticize this, but I don’t. If you have a bad day at work do you go home and cry? No, of course not. Losers are allowed to have fun too,” argued one.

Another blamed ownership, saying, “Good for them. They can only control what they can control. Having a terrible owner shouldn’t bring them down lol.”

This fan divide highlights deeper frustrations. With the Cowboys sitting at a horrendous record (3-7 and Wild Card hopes fading), emotions are running high. For many, it’s not just about one party but it’s about optics, effort, and accountability.

Lamb and Diggs may have moved on from the loss, but what about the Cowboys’ fanbase? Not so much, and with playoff hopes dimming, moments like these are only widening the disconnect between the players and their loyal followers.

Lamb’s Frustration Speaks Louder Than Stats Amid Cowboys’ Collapse

If body language could talk, Lamb’s would scream frustration. Amid the Cowboys’ fifth straight loss — a crushing 34-10 blowout to the Texans — Lamb’s dejected demeanor became a talking point. The star wideout, despite posting solid stats (eight catches and 93 yards on 12 targets), caught heat for sideline eye rolls and on-field reactions.

Former NFL QB Tim Jenkins didn’t hold back: “You’ve got a backup QB in there, and you’re out here rolling your eyes… Sick dude.”

Fans piled on, accusing Lamb of poor body language and deflecting blame. With the Cowboys sinking to 3-7, Lamb’s visible frustration reflects a team unraveling under mounting pressure. A turnaround feels increasingly out of reach.
