Camila Cabello, Zach Bryan Among Music Stars to React to Bad Bunny’s Controversial Super Bowl Halftime Show

Bad Bunny received praise from Camila Cabello and other music stars for his Halftime Show, but not everyone liked his performance.

Bad Bunny made history as the first Latin artist to headline a Super Bowl Halftime Show, in addition to performing an entirely Spanish-language set. As a result, the Puerto Rican singer stole a considerable amount of attention amid the duel between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots.

Music Stars From Different Genres Praised Bad Bunny

His performance generated a wave of comments on social media, with several music stars reacting on their accounts to the performance of the current Grammy winner for Best Album.

One of the most notable reactions came from Kacey Musgraves, a country music artist who offered high praise: “That made me feel more proudly American than anything Kid Rock has ever done.”

Another very positive reaction to the Halftime Show came from Doechii, an American rapper best known for the song “What It Is (Block Boy).”

The reactions were not limited to North American artists. On his Instagram profile, artist J-Hope (BTS) reacted very positively with a “wow!!” on a screenshot of the Halftime Show. On the same social network, Camilla Cabello wrote a complimentary message in Spanish saying, “Long live our beautiful Latin culture!”

Zach Bryan Blasts Turing Point USA Halftime Show

It is worth remembering that Turning Point USA decided to put on its own Halftime Show to protest against Bad Bunny’s presence at the Super Bowl, but the attraction did not please everyone.

In a deleted Instagram story, country music star Zach Bryan took a jab at Kid Rock: “I don’t care what side you’re on, a bunch of adults throwing temper tantrums and their own halftime show is embarrassing as hell and the most cringe shit on the planet”, wrote Bryan.

While celebs and fans are divided over whether it was the Super Bowl Halftime show they deserved, it cannot be ruled out that Bad Bunny created history. From a grocery shop worker to the ‘King of Latin Trap’ to his Super Bowl ticket, his journey has been nothing but inspirational.
