The UFC is known for attracting some of the biggest stars in sports and entertainment to its main events. One regular guest that stands out from the crowd, however, is President Donald Trump.
In a recent viral video, the President was seen posing for a photo with Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku at UFC 314.

The President of the United States was among the crowds that gathered to watch Alexander Volkanovski crowned UFC Featherweight Champion, defeating Diego Lopes.
Liverpool’s Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett also put on an impressive display against UFC veteran Michael Chandler. Pimblett won the night’s co-main event by technical knockout in the third round, the biggest win of his career to date.
President Trump is known to be a fan of the UFC and shares a great deal of mutual respect with the company’s owner, Dana White. During the recent main event in Miami, Fla., Njoku was seen making his way over to where White and the President were sitting. As White welcomed and conversed with his guest, President Trump turned to greet the athlete.
The President shook hands with Njoku before exchanging words and posing for photos.

Njoku To Be Key Part of Cleveland’s New Era
David Njoku has always had the physical tools required to be a dominant force in the NFL. But after several serviceable years in Cleveland, Njoku caught fire during a five-game stretch in 2023.
That five-game stretch coincided with veteran quarterback Joe Flacco’s five starts that season and reaped 390 receiving yards and four touchdowns for the tight end. Njoku then added 93 receiving yards in the team’s lone playoff game that year, again with Flacco.
But after Flacco moved to the Indianapolis Colts, Njoku’s efficiency dipped in 2024, although it was still his second-best season in terms of yards per game. The team re-signed Flacco this year, though, and have been heavily linked with both Shedeur Sanders and Jaxson Dart in the upcoming NFL Draft.
All three of those quarterback options would be good news for Njoku, who can dominate the middle of the field with his physical power and aggression. Both Sanders and Dart are accurate quarterbacks who can hit receivers in stride, allowing for significant yards after the catch. Njoku is one of the best run-after-catch tight ends in the NFL and could be set for a monster year in 2025.
