The contract was valued at $101.5 million over ten seasons, with another impressive $11 million signing bonus.
Favre played on that contract until 2009, including the season he was traded to the New York Jets. When he arrived with the Minnesota Vikings in 2009, he signed a two-year, $25 million deal, which was reworked for the 2010 season with a one-year, $16 million deal.
In total, per Spotrac, Favre made $141,829,000 in his 20-year NFL career, spent with four different franchises.
