Dawson Knox and the Buffalo Bills suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game, ending another promising season just short of the Super Bowl.

Dawson Knox and Alexandra Share Pregnancy News After First Wedding Anniversary
Knox publicly announced his relationship with Alexandra in December 2023 by posting a carousel of pictures from his engagement. Exactly seven months later, the couple tied the knot. Now, the pair has shared another massive announcement.
The couple revealed they are expecting their first child in December. Alexandra shared a series of pictures with the tight end on her Instagram handle. “Our little answered prayer coming this December 🤍 Thank you Jesus,” she wrote.
In the first picture, Knox embraces Alexandra from behind as they both look into the camera. The Bills’ tight end wears a white T-shirt and beige pants, while his wife looks beautiful in a flowing white strapless dress. He holds a strip of sonogram images in his right hand.
In the following picture, Knox kisses Alexandra on the forehead while her hand rests over her stomach. Next, there is a close-up of an intimate hug between the couple, and the engagement and wedding rings on Alexandra’s finger are clearly visible. She wraps up the carousel with another affectionate pose.
Just a few days ago, the couple celebrated their first marriage anniversary. Knox made his sixth straight postseason appearance this season, maintaining a perfect playoff record since entering the league. The Buffalo Bills’ tight end has never missed the playoffs, but a Super Bowl appearance has eluded him.
Knox has been selected 96th overall in the 2019 NFL Draft and has been crucial in the Bills’ 10-plus-win seasons for the last six years. Experiencing fatherhood for the first time will certainly boost morale and motivate the Bills’ tight end. If Buffalo manages another postseason appearance, Knox will have his favorite fan in the stands cheering for him.
The timing of the pregnancy announcement, coming just after their first wedding anniversary and ahead of the 2025 season, adds another layer of excitement to what promises to be an important year for both Knox and the Bills.
