Legendary NFL HC Bill Belichick Makes Feelings Known About His Girlfriend Jordon Hudson’s Role at North Carolina

Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson have been a topic of conversation for months, but Belichick recently addressed the situation.

The relationship between North Carolina Tar Heels coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, has been in the news lately. The biggest situation came from the “CBS Mornings” interview, where Hudson interrupted the interview when Belichick was asked how the two met.

The drama continued as it was reported by Pablo Torre that UNC banned Hudson from the football facilities. However, hours later, the school issued a statement calling this false, but Torre stood by his report. Things continued as Belichick was in attendance, as Hudson finished third in the Miss Maine USA pageant as well.

With the pair’s relationship being a big talking point, it will be interesting to see how they continue to be seen in the realms of North Carolina football. However, Belichick provided some insight on the matter.

Bill Belichick Discusses Jordon Hudson’s Role With North Carolina

While sitting down with ESPN’s “Sportscenter” panel at the ACC Spring Meetings on May 13, Belichick discussed how his relationship with Hudson is strictly professional and she is not part of the football program.

“That’s really off to the side, it’s a personal relationship, and she doesn’t have anything to do with UNC football.”

The relationship between the six-time Super Bowl champion coach and Hudson is going to be a major discussion throughout the upcoming months, and as the college football season rolls in.

UNC athletic director Bubba Chandler also discussed the topic and mentioned that there have never been any discussions to limit the interaction that Hudson has with the football program.

“Bill’s been great to work with. He talked about practicing like a pro and he runs a professional organization that is teaching students how to be professional in all aspects of their life. He is very determined, professional individual, and that’s the way he carries himself and the way he conducts the program.”

The Tar Heels finished with a 6-7 record with legendary coach Mack Brown coaching the team before retiring ahead of the bowl game. Belichick was officially hired before the Fenway Bowl against the UConn Huskies, but Freddie Kitchens coached that game. It will be interesting to see how Belichick does in his first year being the head coach of a college football program after spending decades in the NFL.
