Bill Belichick and his relationship with 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson have been one of the more intriguing conversations since the couple went public.
Belichick and Hudson were reportedly dating in June 2024. The couple is reported to have met on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021, exchanged numbers, and remained in contact over the years.
While Belichick has never really commented directly about his relationship with the former Bridgewater State University cheerleader, he reportedly gave her a shoutout in his new book “The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football,” in which he calls her his “creative muse.” Now it looks like the two, especially Hudson is interested to keep the relationship under the wraps.

Belichick recently appeared in a sit-down interview with Tony Dokoupil of CBS Mornings. The former New England Patriots coach responded to public scrutiny regarding his relationship with Hudson, who has almost a 50-year age difference with Belichick.
“I’ve never been too worried about what everybody else thinks,” Belichick, 73, said in the interview. “Just try to do what I feel like is best for me and what’s right.”
Tony Dokoupil then asked Belichick how he and Hudson met, the 24-year-old, sitting nearby, said, “Not talking about this.” Dokoupil asked, “No?” and Hudson responded, “No.”
In a voiceover during the segment, Dokoupil said: “It’s a topic neither one of them is comfortable commenting on.”

Belichick was still asked about the pair’s social media presence and how football fans are seeing a “different side” of Belichick, including the couple’s matching Halloween costumes.
“Yeah, so I’m on some of those social media platforms. But I honestly don’t follow,” he said.
Interestingly, Last month, Husdon shared a photo of a message she received on Instagram: “But you do realize your relationship is insane, right?”
She fired back, “But you do realize direct messaging a stranger on Instagram with the intent of harassing them regarding their own personal relationship is insane, right?”
Bill Belichick Leaves Out Robert Kraft in New Book
In the interview, Belichick also promoted his upcoming book, “The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football.” However, one notable name in making Belichick a household name is not mentioned at any point in the book: New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.
He was asked about this during the interview. Belichick gave a very basic response to it: “It’s about my life lessons in football, and it’s really more about the ones I experienced directly,” according to Pro Football Talk.
Dokoupil directly mentioned this to Belichick during the interview, and the current North Carolina Tar Heels coach stared blankly at him before shaking his head and stating that Dokoupil was correct. However, Belichick insisted that his departure from the New England Patriots was a mutual decision rather than Kraft firing him.
This continues to show that maybe the relationship between Kraft and Belichick is not as good as it seemed. With the portrayal of Belichick in the Apple TV documentary, including the firing after winning six Super Bowl championships and making nine appearances in the championship game as coach of the franchise, it appears that there is some bad blood between the two sides.
The Patriots are now hoping that Matt Vrabel can help correct the course for the team while Belichick is preparing for his first season as the head coach of the North Carolina Tar Heels.
It will be interesting to see if Belichick and Kraft will be able to rebuild their relationship or if this is just how these two are going to be going forward. Sometimes, in working relationships, the friendship aspect is just not there, and it is kept strictly at the business level.
