Debby Clarke Belichick (1977–2006)
Belichick was married to Debby Clarke for nearly three decades. They had three children: Amanda, Stephen, and Brian. They are all in coaching, with Amanda leading the women’s lacrosse team at the College of the Holy Cross, and Stephen and Brian serving as assistant coaches at the University of North Carolina under Bill.
Linda Holliday (2007–2023)
Following his divorce, Belichick entered a long-term relationship with Linda Holliday, a television correspondent and president of the Bill Belichick Foundation.
Sharon Shenocca (Alleged Affair)
During his separation from Debby Clarke, Belichick was linked to Sharon Shenocca, a former New York Giants receptionist. Court documents from Shenocca’s divorce proceedings allege that she received gifts from Belichick, including money, clothing, and maid service.
Jordon Hudson: Background and Relationship with Belichick
Jordon Hudson, now 24, graduated with a degree in philosophy from Bridgewater State University in 2022. She attended cosmetology school at the New England Hair Academy during high school and is certified as a henna tattoo artist.

They got a lot of attention thanks to a CBS interview promoting Belichick’s new book, where Hudson interrupted questions about their relationship. Belichick later defended her actions, stating she was ensuring the interview stayed on track.
The nearly 50-year age gap between Belichick and Hudson has raised eyebrows, with some of Belichick’s friends reportedly expressing concern over the relationship. Sources have described Hudson as a “runaway train,” with rumors suggesting that she has influence over Belichick’s personal and professional decisions.
In the end, while the age difference is a source of public fascination, the speculation surrounding the dynamics of their relationship remain unconfirmed. In the meantime, Belichick has developed a presence on social media. Prior to 2025, Belichick had shown public disdain for the medium.
