Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show Draws ‘Awful’ Reviews Online: ‘How Did the NFL Miss This Horribly?’

Many NFL viewers were simply not happy with the Super Bowl 60 halftime show put on by Bad Bunny and other artists.

Bad Bunny performed the Super Bowl 60 halftime show while the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks were back in their locker rooms. However, the reactions to his performance were not all glowing.

Bad Bunny had Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin make appearances during his performance, which was also filled with dancers and little vignettes throughout. Still, the loud voices of displeasure were finding their way online.

NFL Observers Share Disdain for Bad Bunny Halftime Show

Nick Adams, a best-selling author endorsed by President Donald Trump, did not hold back in his thoughts on Bad Bunny’s efforts.

Adams posted on X, “Bad Bunny is absolutely vile. I can’t understand a word of it but I just know it’s foul, vulgar, and demonic. Cover your kids’ ears. The NFL owes millions of Americans an apology.”

Benny Johnson, who is a political commentator, shared an image of the Turning Point USA-sponsored halftime show in a post on X. “4.5 MILLION LIVE VIEWERS FOR THE @TPUSA HALFTIME SHOW”, Johnson wrote.

Matt Turck, who is a VC at FirstMark, posted on X, “Typical Super Bowl: half-time show … Bad Bunny: half-time movie”.

Podcasters Hodgetwins added their thoughts on Bad Bunny’s show. The account on X posted, “Bad Bunny is awful”.

Two-time national college football champion Will Lowery didn’t like the show at all. Lowery posted on X, “How did the @NFL miss this horribly with Bad Bunny for the halftime show?? Goodness, this is awful”.

Chelly, who is a partnered streamer, headed out to X and posted, “I like Bad Bunny’s Music. This halftime show is Awful.” Sportsnet Central host Tim Micallef posted a clip of Bad Bunny’s performance at Levi’s Stadium and wrote on X, “Bad Bunny just picked up more yards than the Patriots did in the first half.”

President Donald Trump himself took issue with Bad Bunny’s performance at the Super Bowl. “The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER!” Trump wrote. “It makes no sense, in an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.”

“Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World,” Trump added. “This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day.”

There are probably a lot more voices online sharing their thoughts on Bad Bunny’s halftime performance. But now that the halftime show is over, it’s time for the Patriots and Seahawks to settle who will take home the Vince Lombardi Trophy at Super Bowl 60.

Sporting events emphasizing political and ideological attributes indicate are a gauge of the integrity of the sport and those who organize and sell it to the public. Needing to resort to circus stunt and controversy to attract attention and viewership places on full display the raw corruption and manipulation employed for propaganda’s sake. Propaganda is not designed to make people stupid, it is instead designed for stupid people. That means there are only two kinds of people who will approve of what the NFL has become – those who profit or depend on the propaganda materially or those are are stupid enough to watch and not question why.
