Despite the high-profile wedding between a pair of star millionaires at the top of their game, there were many secretive aspects kept in check from the July 3 wedding. One question folks have been trying to get to the bottom of is: who caught Swift’s flower bouquet?
Now, thanks to TMZ, we know the answer is Ashley Smith, the sister of Kansas City Chiefs offensive guard Trey Smith.
Ashley shared a post to Instagram, saying, “Celebrated an Enchanting Love S(T&T)ory. And somehow… I ended up catching Tay Tay’s bouquet. So here’s to believing it’s bringing a lifetime of love, luck, and laughter my way. Congratulations, Taylor & Travis! Cheers to forever T&T!”

While some aspects have been hard to get to the bottom of, more bits of information from a star-studded event are being uncovered, slowly and surely. That includes comedy legend Adam Sandler’s help with the officiation ceremony, where he delivered a customized service tailored to the music icon and the future Hall of Fame tight end’s partnership.
As for Ashley, the old adage says that whoever catches the flower bouquet from a wedding will be the next person to get married. If history proves true, it indeed signals an exciting time ahead for Smith.

Who knows? Maybe Swift can even make a special appearance at the sister of the Chiefs guard’s future wedding, much like Sandler did.
Nevertheless, the fact that Smith’s sister was even in attendance is notable, suggesting Kelce’s invitation list may have been quite extensive, including his teammates’ families. It’s a great gesture from a veteran locker-room leader, and the event as a whole is surely one they won’t ever forget.
As for Kelce, he can finally enjoy the honeymoon life before preparing for his 14th NFL season in 2026. Meanwhile, his teammate Trey is headed into his sixth NFL season and is coming off back-to-back Pro Bowl appearances.
Trey already has two Super Bowl rings. If her luck holds, Ashley will soon have a ring of her own to show off, all thanks to “Tay Tay.”
