4x NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers Might’ve Just Ended His Marriage Speculation With a Single Look

Aaron Rodgers remains a free agent after officially being released from the New York Jets on March 12, the first day of the NFL’s new league year. While the four-time NFL MVP has been linked to several teams, nothing has materialized over the course of the past two months.

After several teams that he had been linked to went in other directions to fill their quarterback vacancies, the Pittsburgh Steelers remain the only likely option as their quarterback room consists of Mason Rudolph, Skylar Thompson, and Will Howard.

Rodgers made headlines for non-football reasons over the weekend as he was spotted at the Kentucky Derby wearing what many believed to be a black wedding band on his ring finger. He may have ended that speculation, however, as he stepped out into public on Wednesday.

Aaron Rodgers Seemingly Shuts Down Marriage Speculation Following Ringless Outing

Rodgers garnered plenty of attention following his appearance at the Kentucky Derby with a black band on his ring finger. He was once again seen in public on Wednesday, and there was no sign of the band on his ring finger.

The four-time NFL MVP’s long-time Green Bay Packers teammate, and close friend, A.J. Hawk – who joined Rodgers at the Kentucky Derby – discussed the speculation on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Thursday, stating:

“Honestly, I don’t know. I’m trying to figure it out, as well. As well as people around me… I’m not surprised by anything, to be honest with you.”

When asked if he saw the ring off at any point over the weekend, Hawk responded:

“I don’t believe so, no… Yeah, [I saw the ring] pretty early on. Yeah, I would notice. I assumed it was like the sleep tracker thing, at first… I would say stuff like that, didn’t get too many answers, or any, really.”

While Rodgers has had several public relationships, he has never been married. He was, however, engaged to actress Shailene Woodley before the pair called things off in February 2022.

Last December, he revealed that he is now dating a woman named Brittani, later claiming that they are in a serious relationship. The star quarterback has shared that his girlfriend does not have social media and prefers to stay out of the spotlight. He has shared that it is a stark contrast from his previous public relationships, which include actress Olivia Munn and NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, in addition to Woodley.
