Inside the Florida Farm, Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian Call Home

Ohanian, who co-founded Reddit in 2005 and now leads venture capital firm Seven Seven Six, has embraced the slower, more grounded lifestyle that comes with farming. Since 2021, he and his wife, Serena Williams, have maintained a working family farm in Florida.

The couple’s property also houses chickens, cows, and other animals, including their seven-year-old daughter Olympia’s pony, Daisy, a gift she received in 2022. Williams has often spoken about the importance of a plant-focused diet and her love for growing her own food.

In a recent post on X, Ohanian shared a photo of the latest harvest and wrote:

“Love being able to gift bounty like this from the family farm to friends.”

In a follow-up message, he added: (This is how Florida seduced me.)”, highlighting how the state’s fertile environment has drawn him in.

Ohaniam also made sure to acknowledge those working behind the scenes, writing in a separate tweet:

“And all credit to my amazing farm team who does this great work!”

Serena Williams Made Heartwarming Tea for Herself and Daughter Olympia Using Family Farm Ingredients

Williams gave fans a glimpse into her kitchen, brewing tea with healing Soursop and Moringa leaves, along with honey from her and husband Ohanian’s farm. She shared that the honey was added to sweeten the tea for her daughter, Olympia.

In three videos on Instagram Stories, Williams walked viewers through the process, showing how she made the tea and used a generous amount of honey for Olympia’s enjoyment.

“Good morning y’all. So my husband isn’t home and on the farm that we have, we have lots of different things, Soursop trees and we have this tree called Moringa, and they both have incredibly healing properties. I take the leaves from the trees, I dehydrate them, and then I make this tea. So I just pour a little Soursop in there. We also have bees, so I’ll get some honey and I pour it in our tea kettle, and I start to make some tea,” Williams said.

“So this honey is from the bees that we have in our farm. I’m making my team with a lot of honey because I like to give it to Olympia. Moringa and Soursop have a lot of healing properties,” she added.

Williams experienced a pulmonary embolism and a hematoma in 2011, which led her to adopt a plant-based diet.
