It seems like Elko is in a tough position when his own players risk becoming the face of the very system he’s trying to push back against.
Concepcion, a transfer from NC State, is expected to be a key weapon in Elko’s offense this fall. After a breakout freshman year with 839 yards and 10 touchdowns, his sophomore campaign was hampered by injuries, leading to a dip in production.
