Paula Badosa surprised her friend Aryna Sabalenka with a thoughtful gift. The Spaniard sent some exquisite jewelry from her exclusive collection, “Aces,” which she developed in collaboration with The 1916 Company.

The “Aces” collection features stunning pieces crafted from 18k gold and adorned with diamonds, all inspired by tennis.
Among the gifts Badosa sent to Sabalenka were two pairs of earrings: the Alma gold and diamond drop earrings and the Aura gold and diamond earrings.

Reacting to this thoughtful gesture by the former World No. 2, Sabalenka shared a photo of the earrings on social media, accompanied by a note from Badosa.
“For my queen! Hope you like them! Made them with all my love,” Badosa’s note read.
“Thank you my love @paulabadosa ❤️,” Sabalenka captioned her Instagram story.
The Spaniard later re-shared Sabalenka’s post on her Instagram handle along with some emojis.

On the tennis side of things, both Badosa and Sabalenka are currently competing at the 2025 French Open. The Belarusian has advanced to the fourth round after defeating the likes of Kamilla Rakhimova, Jil Teichmann, and Olga Danilović.
Meanwhile, Badosa secured her spot in the third round by defeating Naomi Osaka and Elena-Gabriela Ruse in the first two rounds of the clay-court tournament.
Who Will Sabalenka And Badosa Face Next at the French Open?
Following her victory over Elena-Gabriela Ruse in the second round of the 2025 French Open, Paula Badosa is set to face 17th seed Daria Kasatkina in the third round.
Kasatkina began her campaign at this clay-court tournament by defeating Kateřina Siniaková in the first round, winning 6-1, 3-6, 6-2. She then triumphed 6-4, 6-2 over wild card Léolia Jeanjean in the second round, advancing to the third round where she will face Badosa.
Badosa and Kasatkina have faced each other six times on the WTA Tour, with each winning three matches. Their most recent clash was in the semifinals of the 2024 Ningbo Open, where the Spaniard lost the first set 4-6 and ultimately withdrew from the match due to illness. Kasatkina then went on to defeat Mirra Andreeva in the final and claimed the title. The winner of the match between Badosa and Kasatkina will advance to face either sixth seed Mirra Andreeva or 32nd seed Yulia Putintseva in the fourth round.
Meanwhile, Aryna Sabalenka will take on 16th seed Amanda Anisimova in the fourth round of the 2025 French Open following her victory over Olga Danilović in the third round.
Anisimova secured her place in the fourth round of the clay-court Major by eliminating qualifier Nina Stojanović 6-3, 4-1 retd., Viktorija Golubic 6-0, 6-2, and 22nd seed Clara Tauson 7-6(4), 6-4 in the first three rounds, respectively.
Sabalenka and Anisimova have faced each other seven times on the WTA Tour, with the American emerging victorious in five of those encounters. Their last encounter was in the quarterfinals of the 2024 Canadian Open, where Anisimova secured a 6-4, 6-2 win.
The winner of the fourth round match between Sabalenka and Anisimova will advance to the quarterfinals of the 2025 French Open, where they will compete against either the No. 8 seed, Zheng Qinwen, or the No. 19 seed, Liudmila Samsonova.
