Naomi Osaka Confirms Cherry Blossom Nike Shoes for French Open 2025

In April 2019, Osaka signed with the American sportswear giant Nike, transitioning from her previous sponsorship with Adidas. Since joining Nike, the four-time Grand Slam champion, who is known for her distinctive style both on and off the court, has collaborated with the brand to create signature outfits and footwear.

Ahead of the 2025 French Open, which is scheduled to take place from May 25 to June 8, 2025, at the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, fans were speculating that the former World No. 1 would don pink, cherry blossom-inspired Nike shoes for the clay court tournament.

In light of the swirling rumors, Osaka took to social media and shared a photo of herself wearing the cherry blossom-themed Nike shoes, effectively confirming the speculation. In her caption, she noted that the design was inspired by the “sakura season,” adding that the “girlies” are going to love the shoes.

“Spring is sakura season. The girlies are gonna love this one 🌸💕,” Naomi Osaka captioned her Instagram post.
