The late afternoon slate this Sunday may not be the most loaded set of games we have seen, but we arguably have the matchup of the weekend and some intriguing playoff storylines. From a betting perspective, there are at least some intriguing options to consider.

Washington Commanders vs. Los Angeles Rams Predictions

Bearman: The Commanders are as good as done for 2023, and it won’t be surprising to see the new owner clean house two minutes after the season ends. You couldn’t see any fight in Washington the last time we saw them play, getting blown out by the Dolphins at home.

The Rams are very much alive in the NFC and should have beaten the Ravens in Baltimore last week. They are a team to keep an eye on down the stretch and should win this one easily.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Arizona Cardinals Predictions

Blewis: Once again, the 49ers’ offense looked unstoppable on Sunday, as they put up 527 yards of offense in their 28-16 win over the Seahawks. It takes a lot of guts to want to fade them at the moment, and even as 14-point road favorites against a division rival, I can’t recommend picking against them.

Dallas Cowboys vs. Buffalo Bills Predictions

Rolfe:Â It is tough to know what to do with this game with the weather forecast changing regularly. We have seen predictions for high winds and heavy rains, but the current forecast shows things calming down a little in Buffalo around kickoff. It still looks like rain will have an impact, but if it is not accompanied by high winds, there should not be too much to worry about.
It is always tough to trust the Cowboys because they have this knack of letting you down when you open your heart to them. However, the way this offense is playing should be too much for the Bills to keep up. We have seen the Bills’ defense struggle this season as it deals with a mass of injuries, and this is not a great matchup for them.
The Bills’ offense should keep them in it, and as long as the winds do not pick up again closer to game time, we should see there is every chance this game ends up going over 50 points.
For now, give me the Cowboys’ ML, but the over is a bet I will be watching closely in the build-up to kickoff as we get reports of the weather in Orchard Park.
