Fantasy Implications of Desmond Ridder Injury

The Falcons’ passing game is about to get its first look at how the offense will operate with Taylor Heinicke under center after starting QB Desmond Ridder is being evaluated for a concussion. Ridder produced just three points and 71 passing yards in the first half against the Titans.

Atlanta’s aerial assault appeared to be trending in the right direction, with Ridder hitting the 250-yard threshold through air over the last three weeks. The leading pass catchers in Atlanta — Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Jonnu Smith — won’t see any significant drop in fantasy value with Heinicke under center.
