As usual, each week of the NFL season has brought more injuries and concerns for teams, fans, and fantasy managers. There were four starting quarterbacks ruled out on Friday with the final injury report: Daniel Jones (Giants), Deshaun Watson (Browns), Ryan Tannehill (Titans), and Justin Fields (Bears) will miss this week.
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was limited in practice time this week with a hip injury but did not receive an official injury designation. San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is listed as questionable with a concussion and is expected to play.

NFL Inactives for Week 8
Each week, teams may only dress 48 players, with added exceptions for quarterback and offensive line. You will see some list a QB as inactive and designate him as the “third quarterback” or “emergency quarterback,” meaning he can play if things get dire. Usually, teams will name between three and seven inactives, depending on roster size and practice-squad elevations.
