Week 14 of the 2022 fantasy football season is nearly in the books! And it’s time to improve our rosters on the Week 15 waiver wire. Let’s take a look at the top Week 15 waiver wire pickups and targets that fantasy managers should consider adding to their rosters, which include DJ Chark and Elijah Moore.
Note: All roster percentages are from Yahoo, and players are listed by position in order of priority.
Waiver Wire Pickups To Target in Week 15
Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (33% Rostered)
This is just getting a head start on Week 15 streaming. The Titans play the Chargers in what could be a high-scoring affair. Ryan Tannehill has scored at least 18 fantasy points in three of his last five games. If you need a quarterback for Week 15, consider throwing a buck or two to secure Tannehill.
Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers (33% Rostered)
Take this one with a grain of salt because everyone runs all over Seattle. However, Chuba Hubbard had his best game of the season with 14 carries for 74 yards and a touchdown. He totaled 18.9 PPR fantasy points. Fortunately, Hubbard’s involvement did not cost me D’Onta Foreman’s rushing yards higher on Underdog Fantasy.
Foreman remains the lead back and Raheem Blackshear was involved enough to call this a three-man committee. Nevertheless, Hubbard could be startable in desperation spots as the Panthers get the Steelers and Lions in their next two games. I would not be trying to claim him, but it would be a dereliction of duty to not mention him at all.
DJ Chark, Detroit Lions (40% Rostered)
This week’s chalk streamer of the week paid off for all of those who gave him a shot. DJ Chark caught six of seven targets for 94 yards and a touchdown. More importantly, he operated as the Lions’ clear WR2 behind Amon-Ra St. Brown.

Chark played just one fewer snap and ran the same number of routes. He looks healthy and like an every-week fantasy starter. He’s the top wide receiver pickup of the week, and I would throw 15-20% of FAAB on him if you need him.
Chris Moore, Houston Texans (2% Rostered)
With Brandin Cooks and Nico Collins out, Chris Moore and Phillip Dorsett operated as the Texans’ top two wide receivers. They both played about 80% of the snaps and ran 27 routes. The difference is Moore out-targeted Dorsett 11-3.
Moore looks to be the preferred target for Davis Mills, as he caught 10 balls for 124 yards. While he’ll probably never do anything close to that again, the volume is worth noticing. If you need a spot starter in Week 15, consider Moore if Cooks and Collins are out again. A 5-7% FAAB bid should get it done.
Elijah Moore, New York Jets (27% Rostered)
Corey Davis left early in the game with a head injury. That resulted in an every-down role for Elijah Moore, who’s been trending upward ever since Mike White replaced Zach Wilson.
Moore ran just four fewer routes than Garrett Wilson but led the team with 10 targets. He caught six of them for 60 yards.
If Davis is forced to miss time, Moore would be a starter in an offense that throws a ton. The Jets get the Lions in the first week of the fantasy playoffs. Even if Joe Flacco has to start, Moore has WR3 upside and is worth an 8-12% FAAB bid given his proven upside.
Tutu Atwell, Los Angeles Rams (0% Rostered)
I mean…I guess? Do you really want any Rams on your team for the fantasy playoffs? If you must, Tutu Atwell is easily the most explosive player they have on offense.

The diminutive wide receiver only played 60% of the snaps on Thursday night but caught five of his nine targets for 50 yards. That’s worth something. If you must, throw a couple of bucks of FAAB at Atwell.
Chigoziem Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans (14% Rostered)
Austin Hooper and Chigoziem Okonkwo continue to split the tight end role. But it’s Okonkwo who has been the more effective receiver. He posted his second consecutive double-digit fantasy point effort on Saturday, and it was his third straight game with at least five targets.
Okonkwo caught all six of his targets for 45 yards and a touchdown. He also added a two-point conversion reception. Fantasy managers in need of a tight end can certainly look to Okonkwo, and I’d would be willing to go 10-15% on him.
