Caitlin Clark led the Indiana Fever to their most dominant win of the season on Tuesday, a 113-91 beatdown of the Toronto Tempo. The two-time All-Star posted 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 14 assists as the Fever racked up their fourth consecutive victory to improve their record to 9-5.
After a slow start to the season, Indiana is hitting its stride, with its superstar point guard’s electric play taking the WNBA world by storm.

While Clark didn’t have her shooting touch on Tuesday, making just 5 of 15 shots, including 1 of 8 from deep, she thrived as the catalyst of Indiana’s offense.
Three other Fever players hit double-digit scoring, with Kelsey Mitchell leading the way with 27 points. Sophie Cunningham took advantage of Clark’s timely passes to chip in 24 points as she converted 6 triples.
With the 6-foot playmaker orchestrating Indiana’s best offensive showing this season, the WNBA community on X couldn’t help but hail her for her outstanding performance.

In 2024, the former Iowa superstar recorded eight games with at least 20 points and 10 assists, the most in WNBA history. Just 13 games into this season, she already has four such outings, putting her in a prime position to reset the record books.

More importantly, Clark and Co. are finding their rhythm after a middling 5-5 start. The roster, which struggled following key offseason acquisitions, is starting to gel. The Fever are showing more cohesion and consistency on both ends.
As Clark steadily returns to form after an injury-plagued 2025 campaign, WNBA supporters are hyped about her potential MVP contention.
In her historic rookie season two years ago, Clark finished fourth in MVP voting. At least one league observer is already predicting a similar outcome for the versatile floor general, particularly if she and the Fever can sustain their momentum.
