“The main priority is to recover as much as I can in the next two, three days. There is not going to be a lot of training, for sure. Tennis, zero. Physical, we need to see. I want to be a little bit with my family, as well, in this moment. Switching off on tennis, then from Thursday on I think I will be there in Paris. Prepare and we see how it goes,” Sinner said during his post-match press conference after defeating Casper Ruud in the final.
Sinner is currently on a 29-match winning streak and will be the overwhelming favorite to win the French Open. Victory in Paris would also help him complete the Career Grand Slam.
Meanwhile, Djokovic has arrived in Paris and took part in his first practice session on Court Philippe-Chatrier on Tuesday. He trained alongside Alexander Zverev, with both players looking to recover from their disappointing run at the Italian Open.

Djokovic is a three-time French Open champion and will have his sights set on winning a record 25th Grand Slam title. However, he hasn’t had the best preparation going into the second Grand Slam of the year. A shoulder injury disrupted the start of his clay-court season, and he was eliminated in the second round in Rome.
The Serb will take some confidence from his run at the Australian Open, where he defeated Sinner and made it all the way to the final despite limited preparation. The 38-year-old is expected to be the third seed at Roland Garros behind Sinner and Zverev, with reigning champion Carlos Alcaraz sidelined due to a wrist injury.
