‘Keon Coleman Needs a Career Game’ — NFL World Reacts As Chargers Mock Bills WR in Hilarious Schedule Release Video

Keon Coleman was trolled by the Los Angeles Chargers in their 2026 schedule release, and the NFL World reacted with surprise.

The schedule for the 2026 NFL season is officially out, and in recent years, the date has become the Super Bowl for social media teams. A tradition emerged of elaborate releases from all 32 teams, but fans of all franchises would agree that one group stands out every year: the Los Angeles Chargers’ social media team.

And they didn’t disappoint in 2026.

Chargers’ Social Media Team Mocks Bills Receiver Keon Coleman in Schedule Release

The Chargers never miss an opportunity to make a mockery of difficult situations around the league. In 2026, there was curiosity about whether they’d mention the Mike Vrabel-Dianna Russini scandal in their video, given that the Patriots were set to play them that year.

They did, with subtle jokes about the scandal. But they were less subtle when trolling Keon Coleman once their Week 3 game against the Buffalo Bills came up. They used Cam Newton’s 2025 video, calling out Coleman, as a reference in their schedule release.

The NFL world, which anxiously waited for the Chargers’ video, quickly noted the reference. One user laughed hard at the reference, saying, “Yo, Keon’s never living this down bro LMAOOOO.”

Bills podcaster Owen Reed had a different view of the situation. He noted how Coleman should use the troll to fuel his performance against Los Angeles in Week 3, writing, “Keon Coleman NEEDS a career game for this.”

Another Bills influencer, who also holds the account “Pro Football Scribe”, said that he searched for the Chargers’ schedule release to see how they approached the Mike Vrabel situation, but Coleman’s roast also caught his eye. “I came here for Vrabel, but Keon Coleman, man, you got called the f*** out. Ball out,” he said.

Annie Agar, another famous NFL content creator, also approved the schedule release from Los Angeles. “Keon Coleman cookies, C.J. Stroud’s speech to Caleb, and a NY Post notification. 10/10”, she said.

And finally, Gene Battaglia, a sports host who covers the Buffalo Bills and other topics, wasn’t as impressed with the video. “Keon Coleman? That’s what you got?”, he asked.

Coleman has been nothing but a disappointment in his NFL career so far, with just 960 yards in his first two seasons in the league. According to PFSN’s WR Impact Metric, last year he posted an impact score of 71.3, ranking 75th among wideouts in the league.

While he can still bounce back and become a reliable player, the Bills haven’t seen the results of their 2024 investments. This could be his last chance to prove he belongs in Buffalo.
