But if there’s one constant in this family, it’s the dynamic. Nobody gets roasted harder than family, and nobody outside the circle is allowed to try. And this time, Shelomi made sure her brother felt it.
Shelomi Doesn’t Go Easy on Shilo Sanders
The latest round started with Shilo taking a shot at his sister’s signature look.
“Them eyelashes are outrageous. Shelomi if you’re watching this, you gotta stop wearing them eyelashes. Them eyelashes look like diving boards,” Shilo said.
That was all the poking Shelomi needed.
“This is a video for Shilo and Shilo only.” Shelomi said. “I’ve been seeing the streams. You talk about my lashes, cool, I’ll give you that. But you’re a grown man who lives in Miami with braids. You sit, and you book hair appointments to get braids like you finna book to get lashes. I don’t understand. I don’t understand.”
“And I’m saying this because your daddy just sent me this video. Your daddy started off with braids too, and look where he at,” Shelomi added.
This isn’t new territory for the Sanders family. Shelomi’s eyelashes have been a running joke for a while, with both Shilo and Deion poking fun at them in the past. Shilo’s “diving boards” line has already made the rounds online, and even Coach Prime has questioned whether she’d take that look onto the basketball court.
But the flip side is just as consistent. Shilo’s own braided look has been part of the conversation too, from livestream debates about cutting it to regular appearances getting it styled.
The sibling dynamic plays out publicly because everything around them does. Whether it’s Shedeur adjusting to the NFL life, Shilo navigating free agency, or Shelomi finding her footing on a new court, the cameras don’t leave. Neither does the commentary.

The roasting is part of how they stay connected. Even Shilo’s “sibling rankings” bit from last year, where he slotted Shelomi fourth and told fans to “clip it,” fits right into that pattern.
“Sibling ranking for this month: Shedeur number one. Deiondra number two. Bucky (Deion Jr.) number three. Shelomi number four. There. Y’all got it. Y’all could clip it. Send it to them, I don’t care. It could change… every month, we gonna do a sibling ranking.”
They’ll take shots. They’ll keep score. They’ll post it all. But it stays in the family.
