2026 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix Draw Features Iga Świątek, Coco Gauff, Alexandra Eala
A total of 26 WTA players will compete in singles at the 2026 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. Rybakina, Gauff, Świątek, and Elina Svitolina are the top four seeds who have received byes in the first round.
Fans can look forward to some intriguing first-round matches in Stuttgart, with defending champion Ostapenko set to kick off her campaign against Mirra Andreeva. Meanwhile, two talented young players will collide as Alexandra Eala faces Leylah Fernandez in the opening round.
With no Aryna Sabalenka in the draw, Rybakina is the top seed. The 2026 Australian Open champion will begin her campaign against either Tamara Korpatsch or Diana Shnaider. Rybakina is on the same side of the draw as Świątek, and the two big names could be set for a collision in the semifinals.
Świątek will mark the start of a new era in Stuttgart with Francisco Roig as head coach. She will begin her campaign with a second-round matchup against either Laura Siegemund or Magdalena Fręch.
If the Pole wins, she could face her nemesis Ostapenko or Andreeva in the quarterfinals. Świątek, a two-time champion in Stuttgart, has never beaten Ostapenko in their six meetings on the WTA Tour. She has also lost twice to Andreeva in their three previous matches.
Possible quarterfinals opponents for Rybakina include Jasmine Paolini, Eala, and Fernandez. The 2024 Stuttgart champion holds a 3-3 head-to-head record against the Italian.
