Taylor Fritz recently reacted to a clip from “The Players Box” podcast, where Jessica Pegula, Madison Keys, and Jennifer Brady shared their experiences of how messy his car tends to be. The American ATP star, however, was honest in acknowledging the level of “neatness” in his later reaction.
Taylor Fritz Reacts as Jessica Pegula Exposes His ‘Trashed’ Car Moment
Pegula, Keys, Brady, and Desirae Krawczyk have consistently delivered engaging conversations drawn from their on- and off-court experiences in their podcast. In a recent episode, the discussion began with Keys pointing out that, despite designated spots, players’ cars were often parked elsewhere.
Following this, Pegula echoed the sentiment, recalling a similar incident of her own. Frustrated by the situation, she revealed that she ended up parking her car in Australian star Alex de Minaur’s designated spot. She added, “Fritz sent me a picture of my car parked, and he said, ‘Is this you?'”
The 32-year-old explained that she had parked in De Minaur’s spot after finding her own taken, only to discover later that it was Fritz’s car. However, upon seeing the world No. 7’s vehicle, she was taken aback. “Oh, that actually makes so much sense because I walked by. Sorry, Taylor, but that car was trashed, guys. It was so bad,” she said in the clip.

Fellow American Brady echoed a similar sentiment, revealing that she once identified Fritz’s messy car after spotting a Starbucks cup inside it with his name written on it.
“That happened at Indian Wells one year. I parked next to this Tesla, and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh!’ They have so much junk in their car. And I was like, I have to be nosy. And I saw a Starbucks (cup), and it said Taylor Fritz. And I was like, ‘Oh my god!’ Someone needs to clean his car.”
She even had a suggestion for Fritz’s girlfriend, Morgan Riddle: “Morgs (Morgan), you need to tell this boy to clean his car. It was crazy, there was sh*t everywhere.”
Meanwhile, former Australian Open champion Keys shared an experience of her own. “I was walking out the other day, and I happened to walk past it, and I knew that it was his spot. And I just looked, and I almost texted. And I was like, no, I am going to leave Taylor alone (laughs),” she said.
Pegula then described her exchange with Fritz, revealing that she spotted an ASICS shoe on the front seat, along with multiple Starbucks cups scattered around.
“I saw the ASICS shoe and all these Starbucks cups. And now that I totally remember from last year, it was kind of the same,” Pegula said. She revealed that an embarrassed Fritz asked if she had looked inside, to which she added, “Well, it was like right there. I just looked in the window, and there’s Starbucks everywhere. And he said something like the back is even worse,” she said.
The conversation also highlighted that Pegula isn’t alone in her playful take on Fritz, with others on tour echoing the same. Fritz also owned up to his habit as he reacted to the conversation on Instagram. “Not known for my neatness,” he wrote.

Both Fritz and Pegula were last seen in action at the 2026 Miami Open. Pegula’s campaign ended in the quarterfinals with a three-set defeat to Elena Rybakina, while Fritz exited after a three-set loss to 21st seed Jiří Lehečka.
