Miami Open Draw Ceremony Details

The draw ceremony will take place two days before the start of the main draw, as players find out their first-round opponents. Let’s find out everything about the Miami Open: the full tournament schedule, prize money, and how to watch all the action live.

The draw for the Miami Open will be made on Monday, 16 March at the Hard Rock Stadium from 1 p.m. EDT (5 p.m. GMT). As of this writing, there is no information on whether the draw will be broadcast live.

Miami Open Schedule

The 2026 Miami Open will get underway with qualifying matches in men’s and women’s singles on March 15. The singles main draw action will start on Tuesday, March 17. Play will begin at 11 a.m. EDT for the day session and 7 p.m. EDT for the night session. Men’s and women’s doubles first-round matches will begin on Thursday, March 19.

The men’s doubles and women’s singles finals will take place on Saturday, March 28. The men’s singles and women’s doubles finals will be held on Sunday, March 29.

The 2026 Miami Open will have a total prize money purse of $18,831,450, split evenly between the men’s and women’s events. The men’s and women’s singles winners will receive $1,151,380 each. The winners of the doubles events will receive $468,200 per team.
In addition, 1,000 ranking points will be on offer to the winners at each event.

The reigning women’s singles champion at the Miami Open is Aryna Sabalenka, while Jakub Menšík won the men’s singles title last year after defeating Novak Djokovic in the final.
