Raducanu vs Minnen Head-To-Head
Raducanu and Minnen have played each other once, with the Brit winning 7-6 (5), 6-2 in a lower-level event in Wirral, Great Britain, in 2018.
Raducanu has not started the 2026 season particularly well. She lost her only match at the United Cup, falling to Maria Sakkari, her first loss to the Greek player in five meetings. She was the top seed at the Hobart International but lost to Taylah Preston in the quarterfinals. At the Australian Open, she began well in the first round, defeating Thai qualifier Mananchaya Sawangkaew. However, she could not build momentum, losing 6-7 (3), 2-6 to Anastasia Potapova in the second round.
Minnen opened her season in the Australian Open qualifying, where she defeated Francisca Jorge and Harmony Tan to reach the final round. However, the Belgian fell at the last hurdle, losing 4-6, 4-6 to Linda Klimovičová. She then competed in an ITF event in Porto but exited in the first round, losing 6-3, 1-6, 5-7 to Elizara Yaneva.
Raducanu vs Minnen Prediction
Raducanu has made 71% of her first serves in the 2026 season so far, but that has not translated into consistent success, as she has won only 57% of points behind her first serve. She has been more effective on return, winning 50% of points on her opponents’ second serves and taking 23.1% of the return games she has played.
Meanwhile, Minnen’s most recent win came against Harmony Tan in Australian Open qualifying. In that match, the Belgian won 63% of her service points and 49% of her return points. She broke serve five times but conceded four breaks herself. She also came to the net frequently, winning 65% of her net points from 23 approaches.

By her own admission, Raducanu is experimenting with her playing style and attempting to implement changes, particularly on her forehand. However, the former major champion will be motivated to get her season on track with a deep tournament run. Her seeding and head-to-head record should give her a sufficient edge in the upcoming match.
Pick: Raducanu to win in straight sets
