American WTA star Coco Gauff shares a glimpse of her celebrating the festive spirit of Christmas with a familial twist.

After bidding adieu to her impressive 2025 season, which captured her clinching the French Open singles and Canadian Open doubles titles, Coco Gauff has been relishing in her well-earned time off the court. The world No. 3, who decorated her own home’s Christmas tree for the first time, recently wished the festive spirit while enjoying an outing with her family and friends, sporting her new hairstyle: burnt orange braids.

Coco Gauff Shares Admirable Glimpse of Her Celebrating Christmas With Family and Friends

Gauff ended her season by making her fourth WTA Finals appearance, during which she suffered defeat against Jessica Pegula and Aryna Sabalenka and won a single match against Jasmine Paolini. It marked a repeat of her 2022 WTA Finals performance, during which she had lost in the group stage matches.

The Georgia native had also shared her thoughts on her long season through an Instagram post, announcing that her impressive season was over, while revealing other significant points. Since wrapping up her court actions, Gauff has been enjoying her off-season, marked by spending quality time with her loved ones and engaging in various activities.

As the festive spirit has gained momentum across the month, the WTA star also expressed how she is commemorating the celebrations. Through her social media, Gauff proudly shared decorating two Christmas trees in her new home in Delray Beach, Florida, and recently wished everyone Christmas through her Instagram story, which featured her celebrating the festive spirit while dining with her family and friends.

In the caption, she added, “1️⃣ 2️⃣ 0️⃣ 0️⃣ merry xmas 🎄❤️”

The 21-year-old will resume her action with the 2026 United Cup, which will be held from Jan. 2 to 11, across Perth and Sydney, before the first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open.

Team USA won the 2025 United Cup, with Gauff and world No. 6 Taylor Fritz headlining the team. This year, the duo returns along with Nicole Melichar-Martinez, Varvara Lepchenko, Christian Harrison, and Mackenzie McDonald.

With the United Cup Tournament’s director, Stephen Farrow, mentioning, “The entry list for the United Cup this summer is world class. We’re excited to welcome five of the world’s top 10 men and four of the world’s top 10 women in 2026.”

He continued, “It will be fascinating to see where the likes of Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff, Alexander Zverev, Alex de Minaur, Taylor Fritz and Jasmine Paolini end up competing.”

The United Cup will feature the battle of 18 countries as they take to the stage at the RAC Arena and the Ken Rosewall Arena.
