NFL Inactives Today: Eagles-Commanders Injury Report, Latest on Jayden Daniels and Lane Johnson, Starting Lineups for Week 16

Who is on the injury report and who will be in the starting lineup when the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Washington Commanders in Week 16?

The Philadelphia Eagles essentially had a get-right game against everyone’s favorite punching bag in the Las Vegas Raiders last week, as they blasted them in a 31-0 shutout. However, against a Washington Commanders team that might be marginally better, it should be interesting to see if they can repeat the success.

With the stretch run of the season approaching and the team preparing for a potentially deep playoff run, they’ll attempt to erase the lingering effects of what has been an uneven season so far. However, neither team is entering the game fully healthy. Here is who is on the injury report and who will be starting for both squads on a special Saturday broadcast.

Starters for Eagles vs. Commanders

  • H: Braden Mann
  • K-FG: Jake Elliott
  • K-KO: Jake Elliott
  • P: Braden Mann
  • KR: Will Shipley
  • PR: Jahan Dotson

With the talent on the roster, it is inexplicable that the Eagles rank as the 17th-ranked offense in football for the season on PFSN’s Offense Impact. A drop-off in production from Saquon Barkley and a new offensive coordinator might be contributing factors to that end.

But after their best performance of the season last week, a porous Commanders defense should allow them to continue that hot streak and set themselves up nicely for the playoffs.

Special Teams:

  • PK Jake Moody
  • P, H Tress Way
  • KR Deebo Samuel
  • PR Jaylin Lane
  • LS Tyler Ott

At this point, with no Jayden Daniels in the lineup, Washington has virtually nothing left to play for this season. They hope to secure a top-flight draft pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, which could help them better prepare for next season.

However, facing Philadelphia in Week 16 presents them with an excellent opportunity to play the role of Grinch near Christmas and disrupt the reigning NFL champions’ stability.
