After featuring in just 45 minutes of action in Liverpool’s last three Premier League games, Salah claimed that he feels at odds with Reds head coach Arne Slot on Saturday.
“I think it is very clear that someone wanted me to get all of the blame. I said many times before that I had a good relationship with the manager, and all of a sudden we don’t have any relationship. I don’t know why but it seems to me, how I see it, that someone doesn’t want me in the club. It seems like the club has thrown me under the bus. That is how I am feeling,” Salah candidly said in a post-match interaction (via BBC).

You’re going to AFCON in a week. Surely you bite your lip, enjoy representing your country and see how the land lies when you get back?,” wrote Owen on X.
