Deion Sanders made his way out to Allegiant Stadium to support his son Shedeur Sanders in Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season. The rookie is set to make his first start of his career for the Cleveland Browns and will do so against the Las Vegas Raiders. Many fans reacted to an epic arrival by Coach Prime.
Fans React to Coach Prime Arriving at Shedeur Sanders’ First NFL Start
Many fans have been urging the Browns to give their polarizing rookie quarterback an opportunity to get into a game amid their struggles. They declined to do so, but their hand was essentially forced when Dillon Gabriel went down with a concussion last week. This resulted in Sanders making his NFL debut, and with Gabriel not cleared to return in Week 12, he will now make his first start against the Raiders.
Coach Prime arrived at the game, and many fans noticed his presence. Several of them went to social media to comment on the overall vibe surrounding the charismatic NFL legend being in the building.
“This is Aura,” said one.

“This is what it was always all about. This is the media’s super bowl,” posted another.
Gabriel has severely struggled for the Browns this year, ranking 37th of 38 qualified quarterbacks in PFSN’s Impact Rankings for this season. This has contributed to why many feel they should turn to their other rookie and give him a chance to turn things around for them.
They have been reluctant to do so, and his massively disappointing performance in his debut last week may explain why. He completed just four of his 16 passing attempts for 47 yards and an interception in one of the most disastrous games by any quarterback for any team this season. He also blew the Browns’ lead in an eventual loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Sanders now has an opportunity to erase his awful debut in his highly anticipated first start against the Raiders. His father was not in attendance for the debut, likely because his son wasn’t scheduled to play. However, this time, Coach Prime was in attendance and made a memorable entrance in his typical charismatic style.
