The Seattle Seahawks (4-2) will host the Houston Texans (2-3) in Week 7. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, specifically regarding WR Tory Horton.
Is Tory Horton Playing in Week 7?
Horton is not on the injury report and barring a surprise, he is expected to play.
We’ll continue to monitor the Seahawks’ injury report leading up to kickoff for any changes. You can also visit and bookmark our Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should You Start or Sit Tory Horton in Week 7?
It’s easy to look at the Cooper Kupp tape and talk yourself into a promising rookie taking his WR2 role away, but it’s just not happening. Tory Horton was a high-volume receiver at Colorado State, but with nine catches on 99 routes as a pro, we don’t have any proof of concept at this level.
Kupp hasn’t exactly been productive, so the fact that Horton has been unable to emerge should be all redraft managers need to see. The veteran likely won’t be much worse moving forward, and that means this version of the rookie is likely what we are stuck with for the remainder of 2022.
You can move on here. We will revisit things in August.
