In the midst of an intense battle between No. 8 Alabama and No. 14 Missouri, Tigers WR Kevin Coleman Jr. went down with an apparent leg injury.

In an intense SEC battle already with a few big hits and player injuries, No. 14 Missouri WR Kevin Coleman Jr. joined the mix when the senior limped off the field with a supposed leg injury.

Missouri, down 14-7 to No. 8 Alabama, was driving down the field when Coleman went down on a short passing play.

Kevin Coleman Jr. Injury Update: What Happened to the Missouri Receiver?

Coleman, a senior receiver with Missouri, has been ruled “questionable to return” after injuring his leg and limping off the field.

Coleman, a native of St. Louis, Missouri, has spent time at three other schools besides Mizzou. As a freshman, he tallied 32 receptions for 475 yards and three touchdowns at FCS Jackson State.

He then spent time at Louisville and Mississippi State before returning closer to home to play for HC Eli Drinkwitz and the Tigers.

While he is “questionable to return,” per this user on X, Coleman has been a solid offensive option for the run-heavy Tigers this season. Over the course of five games, he has caught 39 passes for 386 yards and a touchdown.

Currently at halftime, No. 14 Missouri trails No. 8 Alabama 17-10 on ABC.
