Taylor Fritz’s girlfriend Morgan Riddle is in attendance at Flushing Meadows to watch the World No. 4’s US Open quarterfinal against Novak Djokovic. The match will be his 11th against the Serb.
Taylor Fritz’s Girlfriend Morgan Riddle Shares Glimpses of Having US Open Cocktail
Riddle took to her Instagram stories and shared a few pictures of herself at the Arthur Ashe Stadium, most of which had multiple glasses of the US Open’s official cocktail, Honey Deuce, which is manufactured by Grey Goose vodka. One of the images was that of a boy running around and the influencer’s caption read: “Me leaving a night match after 7 honey deuces”, implying she would be drunk.
Honey Deuce has become a key feature of the US Open and it enjoys a tremendous amount of success sales-wise every year.
Fritz’s match against Djokovic will be the last match on the Arthur Ashe Stadium on September 2, 2025. All other singles fixtures of the day have already taken place, with Jessica Pegula booking her place in the semifinals after beating Barbora Krejčíková while Carlos Alcaraz triumphed over Jiří Lehečka.
Defending women’s singles champion Aryna Sabalenka is also in the final four after her quarterfinal opponent Markéta Vondroušová withdrew from their match due to an injury.
Riddle on Her Relationship With Fritz
In a recent interview, Riddle spoke about her relationship with Fritz, stating that the friendship and the little routines were the best part of it.
“The friendship, the fun, the weird little routines we’ve built. It’s a stressful lifestyle, but having a best friend to navigate it with makes it a lot more grounding,” she said.
Riddle was also asked about how she supports Fritz during his match days, to which, she said:
“Mostly by trying to keep the mood light and calm. When he’s locked in during a tournament, he’s quiet on match days and doesn’t say much, so I mostly just give him space. I’m usually busy filming content anyway, so it works out.”
Fritz and Djokovic will lock horns for the 11th time, with the Serb winning each of their prior 10 encounters on the ATP Tour. The last encounter between the two came in the semifinals of last year’s Shanghai Masters, with Djokovic winning 6-4, 7-6(6).

Whoever out of Fritz and Djokovic comes out on top, will take on World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz in the US Open semifinals.
