Could Tom Brady take his talents to the WWE? That certainly looks like it could be happening in the near future.
Brady is reportedly in communication with the wrestling association about a potential deal that would bring the seven-time Super Bowl champion inside the ring.
However, another former NFL great is urging the widely regarded GOAT of the NFL to stray away from the wrestling world.
Patrick Peterson Warns Tom Brady Amid WWE Push
This whole Brady to the WWE movement got started because of tension between Brady and Logan Paul.
The 15-time Pro Bowler joined Paul’s Impaulsive podcast and downplayed the athletic difficulty when talking about wrestling compared to the NFL.
Paul, who’s made a career in WWE now, took offense to that and the feud began.
It escalated when the two met at Fanatics Fest in New York, and Brady slapped Paul in the face during a standoff.
Since then, Paul has warned the NFL great that payback is coming and his brother, Jake Paul, has also gotten in on the action.
Brady also spoke with WWE’s Cody Rhodes, and said he’s waiting on WWE President Nick Khan to pitch him a storyline. It’s obvious Brady has welcomed the attention and doesn’t seem scared to step inside the ring.

However, some other former NFL players have offered their thoughts, including eight-time Pro Bowler Patrick Peterson.
“Tom don’t wanna go to WWE,” Peterson said (TMZ). “He’s a quarterback — and I know Tom is a tough guy. I had the opportunity to be around Tom a bunch of times.”
“He is a hard-nosed Michigan man. Those Michigan men, they definitely wear their heart on their sleeve, but the WWE, Tom? Just let it be. Just let it be, man.”
Brady played 23 seasons in the NFL, ending his career as one of the most decorated players of all time. The longtime New England Patriots quarterback played 20 years with the franchise.
He was a six-time Super Bowl champion, 14-time Pro Bowler, three-time MVP and three-time first-team All-Pro in New England.
He then finished his career with three seasons as a Tampa Bay Buccaneer, where he added another Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and Super Bowl MVP.
Brady had a legendary career in the NFL, but he was rarely thought of as the most athletic guy on the field, or the strongest for that matter, two traits that are pretty important in WWE.
Few would bet against Brady, no matter the circumstance on the field, but it may be a different story in the ring.
Time will tell if the future Hall of Fame quarterback and the WWE strike a deal.
