Christian McCaffrey’s New Home

McCaffrey is under contract in San Francisco for the next three seasons, and the McCaffrey family isn’t expecting to be anywhere else. With their new child, it was time for the couple to settle down, and they found quite the spot. McCaffrey and Culpo, a former Miss Universe, are purchasing their new mansion from movie star George Clooney, his wife, Amal, and his children.

The six-bedroom mansion is located in Los Angeles and has many amenities. It contains a pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, a movie room, and even a library, so McCaffrey and Culpo have plenty to do at their new house. The property contains multiple guest houses so that the family can enjoy the company of visitors.

Clooney has enjoyed his mansion since he purchased it in 1995. After owning it for three decades, it was time to move on. The mansion has housed a few celebrities, as Clooney purchased the house from Fleetwood Mac star Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million.

Proving an excellent investment for Clooney, as he’s cashing in for over $12 million in profit before taxes. McCaffrey and Culpo will join the list of celebrities who have owned the LA mansion.

McCaffrey Looks to Return to Form

McCaffrey will have a lot on his plate entering the 2025 NFL season. With his new baby and moving from his North Carolina estate, McCaffrey remains focused on a bounce-back season. He struggled to stay healthy in 2024, only appearing in four games. He is poised to return to peak form and help the 49ers return to the postseason.

It was tough sledding for San Francisco as injuries decimated them. It started with losing Dre Greenlaw in Super Bowl LVIII to a torn Achilles. That wasn’t all, as McCaffrey missed most of the 2024 season, along with offensive stars Brandon Aiyuk and Trent Williams missing significant time.

McCaffrey, the 2023 Offensive Player of the Year, must stay healthy to give the 49ers offense the necessary explosiveness to maximize its potential. McCaffrey is one of the top running backs in the NFL, and the 49ers sorely missed him last season.

With a healthy McCaffrey, Williams, and Aiyuk on top of the new-look defense, the 49ers could make some noise in the NFC West and emerge again as a playoff contender.
