The 2026 NFL Draft has come and gone, but the draft picks aren’t the only players to analyze coming out of the weekend. Several intriguing players went undrafted, signing with NFL teams after going unselected after the 257 picks.
Typically, the teams with the best UDFA classes are the ones with the best opportunity at a roster spot, which are typically the teams that rank lower on the totem pole. That isn’t always the case, however, as some playoff contenders have secured some intriguing hauls this year, as well.
Miami Dolphins
According to PFSN’s NFL Draft HQ, Indiana safety Louis Moore was the only player in our top 100 to go undrafted. He landed with the Miami Dolphins as a UDFA, but he wasn’t the only standout undrafted player to sign with them after the conclusion of the draft.
Rene Konga is an elite defensive tackle with intriguing developmental tools. Mason Reiger’s explosiveness and pass-rushing IQ give him a legitimate chance at Miami’s 53-man roster. On offense, Romello Brinson and Donaven McCulley are two big-bodied receivers with upside, Le’Veon Moss has ideal speed and agility as a threat at running back, and Mark Gronowski’s experience and dual-threat skills make him a worthy QB signing to take a shot on.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Though the Jacksonville Jaguars didn’t wow me with their haul in the 2026 NFL Draft, I came away impressed with the signings they made in undrafted free agency. They signed seven players from my top 400, which ties the Dolphins for the most in the league in this year’s class.
At the top of the list is running back J’Mari Taylor, who was the No. 192 player on my board. Devon Marshall’s success at the collegiate level could project him as a 53-man roster member at cornerback for the Jaguars. Garrett DiGiorgio projects as a guard-tackle versatile player, and Bryan Thomas Jr. is a raw yet toolsy edge rusher.
Kansas City Chiefs
The Kansas City Chiefs lost a few key contributors in free agency, but their approach in the draft filled a lot of holes they had, particularly on defense. Not only that, but they signed five players in PFSN’s top 300 prospects.
The star of the show is the 6’5″ wide receiver who had a perfect 10.0 Relative Athletic Score: Cincinnati’s Jeff Caldwell. In addition to a weapon with elite physical tools, the Chiefs also brought in athletic tight end John Michael Gyllenborg, big-bodied safety DeShon Singleton, rangy safety Xavier Nwankpa, and potential bounce-back candidate running back Jadyn Ott.
Los Angeles Chargers
Other NFL teams on this list might have a higher quantity of notable undrafted free agents, but the Los Angeles Chargers brought in a few high-level UDFAs with realistic chances of making the 53-man roster.
Oregon tackle Isaiah World is raw but has elite physical attributes, which could make him key depth behind Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt in due time. Lander Barton was my No. 124 overall player, as he’s a physical off-ball linebacker who can take on blocks and rush the passer. The Chargers also signed edge rusher Nadame Tucker, who was the MAC Defensive Player of the Year with 14.5 sacks as the player with the fifth-best PFSN EDGE Impact Score in the FBS.
Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans signed an intriguing haul of UDFAs, bringing together a combination of raw, toolsy prospects and productive, intelligent players. Aamil Wagner has very good agility and length at offensive tackle, worth developing, and Tyren Montgomery dominated at the D3 level and the Senior Bowl as a shifty receiver who can get open and make big plays.

Hank Beatty is another talented receiver with return value. Bishop Fitzgerald had a top-200 grade on my board as an instinctive coverage safety with ball skills. Shad Banks Jr. and Latrell McCutchin Sr. both bring ideal athleticism at linebacker and cornerback, respectively, while Jalen McMurray could slide in as either a safety or cornerback in the NFL.
