The 2023 NFL Draft declarations gave a much-needed injection of youth to this year’s annual player selection meeting as those seeking to declare for the draft were officially granted special eligibility. In total, the NFL announced that 69 players were given special eligibility while 13 others fulfilled their degree requirements, and all will enter their names in the 2023 NFL Draft pool.
69 Players Granted Special Eligibility, Declare for 2023 NFL Draft
Per the NFL, each of the following athletes completed or met the league’s three-year eligibility rule and renounced their remaining eligibility in college football. They did so by submitting written notification to NFL league offices by Jan. 16, 2023.
