77) Houston Texans: Justyn Ross, WR Clemson

The Houston Texans don't select until the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft due to a raft of interesting trades by head coach turned general manager Bill O'Brien. After a distinctly average draft last year, the Texans will have at least a little more draft capital this time around. With the loss of DeAndre Hopkins and several pass catchers out of a contract, wide receiver and tight end is a need as is interior offensive line help.

Justyn Ross will miss the 2020 college football season after suffering a serious injury over the off-season. The injury red flag may mean that an NFL team gets a bargain with a first-round talent falling down draft boards. Ross is one of the most exciting wide receivers in the nation with a combination of size, speed, and strong hands.
