The Baltimore Ravens will face the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 13. Here’s the latest fantasy football news and advice to help you with your lineups this week and moving forward, especially regarding WR Zay Flowers.
Is Zay Flowers Playing in Week 13?
Flowers is not listed on the injury report this week, so barring any unexpected setbacks, he is on track to play this weekend.
We’ll continue to monitor the Ravens’ injury report. You can also visit and bookmark our NFL Injury Tracker and Fantasy News Tracker for the latest updates.
Should You Start or Sit Zay Flowers in Week 13?
Is it possible that we are 12 weeks into this season and I’ve yet to truly nail a Zay Flowers projection?
I think it is. He’s a tough receiver to figure out on a weekly basis (six games under 40 receiving yards but also four games with over 110), but from a process standpoint, I think you’re plugging him in as a low-end WR2 and taking your chances.
Since Week 8, only three qualified receivers have a 26% on-field target share while also producing 20% over PPR expectations, and Flowers is on that list (if you’re interested, Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Courtland Sutton are the other two).
The Eagles’ defense is one that I think caps Flowers’ upside (fifth-ranked red-zone defense), but I’m viewing the floor as what we saw last week (five catches for 62 yards). That’s enough to justify your faith. Philadelphia allows the eighth-most yards per catch after the reception on slot passes this year, a scab that the Ravens could pick at with their WR1.

PFN Insight on the Eagles' Defense
The Philadelphia Eagles defense is once again a force in the NFL after struggling last season and finishing 30th in our rankings. That was a huge fall from their previous ranking of sixth in 2022.
That resulted in them sacking Sean Desai after just one season and bringing back Vic Fangio, who had been a consultant during their successful 2022 season. Philadelphia started slowly but has had six top-10 rankings in the last eight weeks.
They have dominated bad offenses and then been solid against better offenses, such as the Washington Commanders and Los Angeles Rams. Their biggest test will come this week against the Baltimore Ravens, whose offense is capable of challenging defenses in a multitude of ways.
Philadelphia's run defense has wavered at times, and the combination of Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson will put that to the test. Additionally, the Ravens' passing offense is not conventional, with a heavy use of running backs and tight ends, which might negate some of the strengths we have seen from the Eagles' cornerbacks.

Philadelphia Eagles at Baltimore Ravens Trends
Philadelphia Eagles
Team: Now is the time – the Eagles were 10-1 through 11 games last season (9-2 this season) before stumbling to the finish line by losing five of six to round out the regular season.
QB: Jalen Hurts’ quick pass rate has increased in three consecutive weeks, and he’s posted a triple-digit passer rating in six of his past seven games.
Offense: The Eagles have scored a touchdown on 29.4% of their drives this season, the exact mark they had through 11 games last season.
Defense: Opponents are six-of-34 (17.6%) on third downs against Philadelphia over the past three weeks.
Fantasy: A.J. Brown has a deep reception in all eight of his games this season and an end zone look in six of those contests.
Betting: The Eagles have covered five of their past six games, this coming on the heels of a 1-3 ATS stretch.
Baltimore Ravens
Team: Baltimore had a late bye last season (Week 13) and came out of it firing with four straight wins (+73 point differential). Their bye awaits them in Week 14 before the fate of their season is decided (Weeks 15-18: Giants — Steelers — Texans — Browns).
QB: Lamar Jackson has thrown a deep touchdown pass (15+ air yards) in four straight games, matching the second-longest streak of his career.
Offense: As explosive as the Ravens can be, they've been blanked in the first quarter five times this season, including each of their past three games.
Defense: There are 14 defenses this season allowing over 125 rushing yards per game this season -- Baltimore hasn't allowed a single team to do that.
Fantasy: Finally, a middling performance from Zay Flowers on Monday night. Prior to the win over the Chargers, his yardage total has been as hit-and-miss as any pass catcher in the NFL -- in his previous nine games, he had four over 110 yards and five with under 40.
Betting: Overs are 11-4 in the Ravens’ past 15 games played on short rest.
