The biggest event in the NFL offseason is here, the 2024 NFL Draft. As the years have gone on, the event has continued to grow in popularity, and it doesn’t look like it will stop anytime soon.
Here’s a breakdown of the featured TV announcers for all major networks covering the event.
2023 NFL Draft Announcers ESPN/ABC
For ESPN, the event will be led once again by Mike Greenberg, who has hosted the event for three — now four — years in a row. He will be joined by Mel Kiper Jr., Booger McFarland, Louis Riddick, Molly McGrath, and Adam Schefter.
ESPN will also have six reporters stationed at team facilities across the country. Those reporters are Courtney Cronin (Chicago Bears), Jeff Darlington (Minnesota Vikings), Kimberly A. Martin (Washington Commanders), Sal Paolantonio (New York Giants), Mike Reiss (New England Patriots), and Ed Werder (Denver Broncos).
For ABC, college football’s Rece Davis will host. He will be joined notably by Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard. Laura Rutledge, Field Yates, and Pete Thamel will also join him.
The first two nights of the draft (April 25 and 26) will air on both ESPN and ABC. However, on the third day, ESPN’s presentation will be simulcast on ABC. ESPN will also provide a third option as opposed to the traditional coverage, The Pat McAfee Show’s Draft Spectacular, airing on YouTube, TikTok, the ESPN App, and ESPN+ on the first night.
NFL Network Draft Announcers
For NFL Network, the first night will be hosted by the longest-tenured current draft host, Rich Eisen. He will be joined by Daniel Jeremiah, Charles Davis, Joel Klatt, Kurt Warner, and Ian Rapoport. Kaylee Hartung will also interview draftees on-stage.
On the second night, Peter Schrager will join the crew, sticking around through the remaining portion of the draft.
Similar to ESPN, NFL Network will also have reporters stationed around the country. Those reporters include Judy Battista (New York Giants), Sherree Burruss (Washington Commanders), Stacey Dales (Chicago Bears), Tom Pelissero (Detroit Lions), Omar Ruiz (Arizona Cardinals), and Cameron Wolfe (New England Patriots).
