Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett finally hauled in his first reception of the night against the San Francisco 49ers. It was a massive 37-yard reception on 3rd-and-8 that helped lead the Seahawks on a much-needed touchdown-scoring drive.
However, following his first reception of the night, Lockett left the field and headed into the locker room. Here is the latest on Lockett’s injury as the Seahawks attempt to rally in Week 6.
Latest Tyler Lockett Injury Update
Following his 37-yard reception late in the third quarter, Lockett popped up and celebrated the first-down catch. Then Lockett left the field and was reportedly spotted heading to the locker room in Seattle.
It was the first time Lockett was targeted by Seahawks QB Geno Smith against the 49ers. If the Seahawks are going to rally against their division rival, Lockett would provide a much-needed boost to a passing attack that has struggled thus far in Week 6.

After missing the remainder of Seattle’s touchdown-scoring drive, Lockett returned to action on the team’s next drive at the start of the fourth quarter. We will continue to monitor Lockett’s status, but he appears to be fine after a scare to end the third quarter.
