WATCH: Titans QB Coach Bo Hardegree Spotted in Private Huddle With Top QB Prospects of 2025 NFL Draft

The Tennessee Titans had a disappointing first season under new head coach Brian Callahan, finishing with a 3-14 record and placing fourth in the AFC South. One of the biggest issues the Titans must address this offseason is their quarterback situation.

With the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft, Tennessee has the opportunity to secure a potential franchise quarterback. At the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree is already building relationships with some of the top prospects.

Bo Hardegree Meets With 2025 QB Prospects Shedeur Sanders, Cam Ward, and Others

Many draft experts consider the 2025 quarterback class to be weak. However, a few prospects could develop into future NFL stars. Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders and Miami’s Cam Ward are widely regarded as the top two quarterbacks in this year’s draft.

Hardegree was in attendance at Lucas Oil Stadium for the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine. The third day of the event focused on quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs.

A video shared on social media shows Hardegree interacting with quarterback prospects, including Sanders, Ward, and Jaxson Dart, in a private huddle. The group appeared to be engaged in a lighthearted conversation, potentially building rapport ahead of the draft.

Of the three quarterbacks in this group, only Dart participated in on-field workouts at the Combine. Sanders and Ward opted to sit out and will instead throw at their respective Pro Days.

Dart had a solid performance, earning a prospect grade of 6.19, which projects him as a good backup with the potential to develop into a starter.

The Titans currently have Will Levis as their starting quarterback. He took over in 2024 after spending his rookie season as the third option behind Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis. However, Levis struggled in his first full season as a starter, throwing for 2,091 yards and 13 touchdowns.

The Titans Reportedly Have Not Given Up on Will Levis

Despite Levis’ rough debut campaign as the starter, Callahan and his staff reportedly still believe in his potential. On Friday, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini appeared on the Scoop City Podcast and discussed Levis’ future with the team.

“They’re having conversations with other organizations about moving out,” Russini said. “So I don’t know what they’re doing. I know that they still want to make things work with Will Levis.”

The Titans hold the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s draft. While selecting a quarterback to add depth makes sense, Tennessee could also choose to stick with Levis and instead use the top pick on two-way star Travis Hunter.
