NFL fans are treated to double action tonight as the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals take the field for the second Monday Night Football game tonight. In a rematch of Super Bowl 56, the Rams hope to be the victors yet again as they travel to Paycor Stadium.
While losing a close one to the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2, the Rams have surprised many so far in 2023 after a season to forget last year. Will the magic continue against a struggling Bengals squad? Here’s the Monday Night Football start time for the second game of ESPN’s doubleheader, as well as the TV channels and live stream options.
What Time Does the Second Monday Night Football Game Start?
The second game of ESPN’s second 2023 Monday Night Football doubleheader kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET on ESPN and ESPN2.
ESPN’s alternate broadcasting team will handle commenting duties with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in Tampa Bay. Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, and Louis Riddick will call the second NFL game tonight in Cincinnati.

The Rams enter Monday Night Football with a 1-1 record in 2023. Week 1’s domination of the Seattle Seahawks was surprising, but the early excitement was cut short after a 30-23 loss at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2.
While expectations were low for Los Angeles heading into the season, the Rams have blown those predictions out of the water with top-notch performances from unlikely sources.
2023 fifth-round draft pick Puka Nakua has quickly burst onto the scene with two dominant performances to start the season. He’s had the most receptions through an NFL player’s first two games with 25, breaking Earl Campbell’s previous mark of 19.
Second-year RB Kyren Williams has also found his footing by taking over the Rams’ RB1 role. Los Angeles gave Williams a further vote of confidence after sending Cam Akers to the Minnesota Vikings this week.

But none of this would be possible without the bounce back from QB Matthew Stafford this season. After a 2022 campaign mired by injuries and lackluster outings, Stafford has returned in 2023 looking better than ever.
He’s crossed the 300-yard passing mark in both games this season, distrusting the ball like he never missed any time. Will he be able to dissect a Bengals’ defense to get the Rams to a 2-1 start of the 2023 season?
