‘They Put a Wig on It, WTH’ – Philly Fans Go Wild With Roasted Pig Dressed Up Like Patrick Mahomes at Super Bowl Parade

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs failed at their opportunity to win three Super Bowls in a row. Had they defeated the Philadelphia Eagles, it would have been the first time in NFL history that a team won three consecutive Super Bowls. However, the Chiefs were dominated throughout Super Bowl 59, eventually losing 40-22 after putting up points in the fourth quarter to make the final score look better.

NFL Fans React After Philadelphia Fans Go Wild With a Roasted Pig Dressed Up Like Patrick Mahomes

The Eagles’ Super Bowl parade took place on Feb. 14, and at the parade, some of the fans got a little wild. A group of fans brought a roasted pig to the parade with the number 15 marked on it (15 is Patrick Mahomes’ number). Fans reacted to the photo of the pig posted on X, with many finding it amusing.

“They put a wig on it, WTH,” one fan wrote.

“This is actually kinda funny lol,” one fan commented.

“Don’t get cooked during the game, if you don’t wanna get cooked at the parade…,” one fan added.

Fans continued to sound off in the comments about the roasted pig.

“Actual representation of how they got cooked,” one fan wrote.

“This is who they are. Let them cook. No amount of tears will change a Philly Fan. All you are doing is incentivizing them to do more when you bitch about it!,” one fan commented.

“They’ll probably call a roughing the passer penalty first thing next season for this,” one fan added.

Regardless of what fans think of the roasted pig, there is no denying that Mahomes had a poor performance in the Super Bowl. Based on EPA (expected points added), Mahomes had the worst Super Bowl performance by a quarterback in the last seven seasons.

Not only was his performance the worst, but he was over four times worse than the next worst, Jared Goff in 2018. This performance also stood out as an all-time bad performance since 2000. Only Rich Gannon’s performance in Super Bowl 37 was worse.
