    • Sow, the projected starter at left guard, hasn’t practiced since suffering an ankle injury in the preseason finale. He seemingly is a long shot to play in Sunday’s road game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

    • Lowe, the projected starter at left tackle, was listed as limited for the second straight day, but he was more active during the media-access portion of Thursday’s practice. He’s trending upward, although it remains to be seen whether he’ll be able to play on Sunday.

    • Gibson’s hip injury will be worth monitoring. He wasn’t listed on Wednesday’s injury report, so he might’ve suffered the injury during Thursday’s practice. Whether the injury is serious will become more clear on Friday.
    • Uche has been dealing with an injury since mid-August, and his participation fluctuated throughout camp. The injury doesn’t appear serious, but it’s fair to wonder whether he’ll be cleared to play in Cincinnati.
    • It’s a good sign that Jones and Ximines were upgraded to full participation. Both dealt with injuries late in training camp and are important members of the defense.
    • Henry, Wise, and Jennings were listed as full participants for the second consecutive day, while linebacker Christian Elliss (concussion) was removed from the injury report entirely. All four players appear on track to play in the season opener.
    • The Patriots will practice again Friday before traveling to Cincinnati on Saturday.
