Latest Injury Report News and Updates

Neither of the Jaguars’ two major injuries were suffered during game action.

Star tight end Evan Engram entered Week 2 healthy but suffered a hamstring injury in pre-game warmups that has left in week-to-week with no designated return date. However, the fact he hasn’t been put on the Injured Reserved list is a good sign that he could be back in the coming weeks.

In addition to Engram, starting safety and nickel cornerback Darnell Savage has been dealing with a quadricep injury that he suffered in practice before Week 2. He was questionable for most of the week but was ultimately ruled out and didn’t travel with the team to Buffalo.

Aside from those two, the Jaguars also saw backup running back Tank Bigsby deal with a shoulder injury throughout the week that he suffered against the Cleveland Browns in Week 2. He enters gameday as questionable. Additionally, special teams wide receiver Tim Jones is listed as questionable with a foot injury.

On the Bills’ side, starting linebacker Terrel Bernard and cornerback Taron Johnson have been tabbed to miss this game all week. While not put on IR for dealing with their injuries (pectoral and forearm, respectively), neither practiced throughout the week; they were ruled out ahead of gameday.

Outside of those two, though, the Bills had no other players whose status was in jeopardy due to injury.
