On Friday, it was reported that NFL legend and current Fox Sports commentator Tom Brady will be in the broadcast booth for the entire duration of his 10-year contract. Over the past couple of months, many fans and analysts have questioned the future of Brady, due in large part to his other new role as minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. While many believed Brady would transition to this role more full time, it appears he has other plans.
Brady is widely regarded as the greatest player of all time due to his individual and team success while playing in the NFL. Brady is a seven-time Super Bowl champion and is at the top of almost every single important QB record and category. Since retiring from the league, Brady has transitioned into a commentary role with Fox, a position that many fans have enjoyed him in and believe that he is doing a strong job in his debut season.

Brady’s Conflicting Interests
Though there is a general feeling that Brady has done a solid job as an NFL commentator, some have expressed their frustration that Brady’s other interest in owning an NFL franchise may be getting in the way of him living up to his full potential in the booth.
For example, he is unable to criticize referee decisions during games or be a part of pre-production interviews with players and coaches due to his role with the Raiders.
Despite these mixed reviews, it appears that fans will need to be prepared for another decade of Brady in the booth with Fox.
